Ingredients

1 bag (26 oz) frozen hashbrowns

12 eggs

1 C milk

1tsp ground mustard

1 (16 oz) roll sausage

salt and pepper to taste

1 (16 oz) shredded cheese

Preparation

spray crockpot and add hashbrowns evenly.

whisk eggs and add milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Set aside.

cook sausage and drain. Add to crockpot.

Add cheese and stir well.

Pour egg mixture over crockpot mix. Even out.

Set on low for 4-6 hrs.

*optional adds: green onions, sourdough bread, salsa, chilis….
