Ingredients

4 to 6 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (may be frozen)

4 to 6 Bacon Slices - microwaved to render fat

2 Cans Cream Soup (Any combination of Mushroom, chicken or celery)

15 Oz. can chicken broth

1 C. Sour cream

Onion and garlic powder- About 2 tsps ea.

2 to 3 Cups Frozen Veggies (Peas and Carrots are good)

Optional-Canned Mushrooms and/or Frozen Pearl Onions

Preparation

Microwave bacon. Wrap each breast with a strip of bacon. Place in crockpot.

Mix together all other ingredients and pour over chicken.

Cook in crockpot on low for 8 - 9 hours.

Great served over egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
