Ingredients
1 can chick peas
1 tsp olive or avocado oil
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp chili powder
cayenne pepper and salt to taste
Preparation
Drain, rinse and dry the chickpeas. Toss them with the oil and spices and put them on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake at 400F (205C) for 20 minutes. Store any leftovers for a few days in an airtight container
