Ingredients
1 bag packaged broccoli slaw
5 T scallions, chopped
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 package Raman noodles
2 T wine vinegar
1/4 cup of canola oil
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 T sugar
Seasoning from Raman noodles
Preparation
Crush Raman noodles, not too fine and brown in butter along with the sunflower seeds and almonds. Stir frequently and watch it carefully to keep it from burning. Once browned remove from heat to cool.
Make the dressing by combining vinegar, canola oil, chicken broth, sugar and Raman seasoning.
Put the broccoli slaw in a bowl and wait to add the nuts and dressing until right before serving ( to keep everything from getting soggy).
