Ingredients

2 C plain yogurt

1/2 small red onion, minced

1/2 small cucumber peeled, minced

1/2 medium tomato, seeded, minced

1/2 serrano pepper, seeded, minced

1/8 C fresh mint

1 clove garlic, minced

Pinch of cayenne

1/4 t. cumin

1/2 t. tumeric

1/4 t. fresh pepper

1/4 t. salt

1 t. fresh lemon juice

Preparation

Combine all in nonreactive bowl. Add mint, salt pepper and lemon juice last.
