Ingredients
2 Cucumbers
3-4 slices of Bacon
1/2 cup Cream Cheese
Sriracha
1 Avocado
Preparation
Cook bacon until crispy. While bacon is cooking chop cucumber into 1/2 inch rings and use a mellon baller or small spoon to carve out bowls into the cucumber discs. Mix together cream cheese and sriracha to taste, chop up avocado flesh and bacon. Stuff cucumber with all the fillings.
