Ingredients
1 tbl olive oil
1 small onion
2 cloves of garlic
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp curry
1- 28 oz can of whole peeled tomatoes
Preparation
Heat olive oil in medium saucepan over medium heat Add 1 chopped small onion, crushed garlic, black pepper and cook stirring till soft 3-5 min Add curry powder and cook stirring till fragrant about 30 seconds Add tomatoes with their juices and ½ c water bring to a boil In a blender puree till smooth divide between 2 containers and refrigerate for up to 1 day
