Ingredients

8 ounces Sour Cream

8 ounces Mayonnaise

6 ounces blue cheese, crumbled or shredded

5 cloves garlic, large, crushed

2 Tablespoons lemon juice

1 Tablespoon sugar

Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Beat all incredients except blue cheese well. Stir in cheese. Cover and refrigerate.

  2. Recipe can be doubled.
