Ingredients

3/4 cup of olive oil

2 cans Plum Tomatoes (“Imported from Italty”)

8 cloves garlic

1 Bay leaf

1 T sugar

2 shakes red pepper

Black Pepper & salt to taste

Chopped parsley

Preparation

Drain tomatoes and crush in a bowl Place garlic in oil and boil. Just before garlic is brown, add tomatoes, and all others Cook 1 hour Add parsley before serving
