Ingredients
4 bacon slices
4 baguette slices
1/4 c goat cheese
4 c bibb lettuce
2 tomatoes
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 TBs olive oil
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
cook bacon, drain toast baguette, spread w goat cheese divide lettuce and tomatoes in 2 bowls whisk together vinaigrette top salad w bacon and dressing
