Ingredients
4 large sweet potatoes
1 stick butter
½ cup brown sugar
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
½ cup crushed Madagascar Vanilla SweetSticks
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Clean, peel and cut sweet potatoes into small chunks
- Boil sweet potatoes for about 10 minutes or until soft
- Drain sweet potatoes and place in an oven safe dish
- In a small bowl melt the butter until it is a liquid
- Drizzle butter over the sweet potatoes and add the remaining ingredients to the top of the dish
- Cook for 10- 15 minutes or until the top is caramelized
