Ingredients

350 grams / 12 ounce of baked mince

2 tablespoons of sambal

or 2 tablespoons of tomatopaste

Preparation

You need baked mince for this recipe. Soif you have raw mince. Bake it first.

This recipe is fairly simple. Put themince and the sambal together and mix this thoroughly. Add the salt, this willhelp to make the mince stick together. You won’t need any egg to let the mincemingle and stick together. Grap a piece of plastic foil (10 by 10 cm) and put 1table spoon of sambal and mince mixture in the middle of the plastic foil. Grabeach corner of the plastic foil and fold it together. Grab the mince and twistthis until you’ve got a firm ball. Wauw, that does sound dodgy.

Place a knot just above the ball, so itwill remain tight. Continue doing this until you used all your mince. Place theballs in the fridge over night. Remove the plastic by pricking a hole at thebottom of the ball and sqeeuze the firm wrecking ball out of the plastic.

Enjoy your wrecking balls and be wrecked!
