Ingredients

1 Tablespoon water

2 (10-ounce) packages fresh spinach

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

2 Tablespoons chopped fresh dillweed

1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Preparation

  1. Place water and spinach in a Dutch oven.Bring to a boil; cover and cook over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes or until spinach wilts. Add cheese and next 3 ingredients; toss well. If desired, garnish with lemon slices and dillweed sprigs
