Ingredients

-1.5 cups of flour

0.5 liters of orange juice

500 grams of nuts, raisins, dried apricots, prunes, and candied fruit

2 teaspoonfuls of baking powder

Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Preparation

Put the mixture into a container and pour the juice to leave overnight (12 hours).

During the night the juice will soak into the mixture. Pour baking powder into the mixture and stir well.

Pour the flour and mix well. Sprinkle with semolina.

Put in oven at 180-190 C. Spread the mixture into the pan and bake until done.

The finished cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar
