Ingredients

2 ½ pounds skinless trout fillets

½ cup soy sauce

½ cup bourbon

2 cups water

½ cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation

Cut trout fillets into 6 ounce fillets. Mix all other ingredients in a medium non-metal bowl. Marinate trout fillets in mixture for 1-2 hours in refrigerator. Broil 10 minutes until fish flakes easily.
