Ingredients

1 Betty Crocker Cake White Cake Mix

4 egg whites

1/2 cup water

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 small box instant white chocolate pudding mix

1 cup sour cream

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Whisk cake mix and pudding mix thoroughly.
  3. Add remaining ingredients one by one until completely mixed.
  4. Once all ingredients are mixed turn mixer to medium and mix for approximately 2 minutes.
  5. Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes.
