Ingredients

6 large boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite size pieces

2 Tbsp Hungarian Paprika

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp kosher salt

1/2 cup sour cream

1 green bell pepper cut into about 1" pieces

3 T coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Mix the paprika, onion powder, sour cream and salt together in a small bowl.
  2. Saute bell pepper on high heat. Make it blister a bit Remove from pan
  3. Saute thighs until cooked.
  4. Add 1/3 C water to steam up brown bits in bottom of pan
  5. Add bell pepper and sour cream mixture.
  6. Heat and season to taste with salt.
