Ingredients
6 large boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite size pieces
2 Tbsp Hungarian Paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1 green bell pepper cut into about 1" pieces
3 T coconut oil
Preparation
- Mix the paprika, onion powder, sour cream and salt together in a small bowl.
- Saute bell pepper on high heat. Make it blister a bit Remove from pan
- Saute thighs until cooked.
- Add 1/3 C water to steam up brown bits in bottom of pan
- Add bell pepper and sour cream mixture.
- Heat and season to taste with salt.
