Ingredients
2 (8.5 oz.) Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 (8 oz.) can cream style corn
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
1/2 cup (2 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 - 1/2 cup milk
Preparation
Combine all ingredients, stir until just moistened. Pour into lightly greased 13X9X2 inch pan. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
