Ingredients
2 cups ore-Ida potatoes O’Brien
3 tbsp. butter
6 eggs
2 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4. Tsp. pepper
1/2 cuP shredded pepper jack cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup crumbled bacon
Preparation
Melt butter in microwave safe dish and add potatoes and microwave 10 min. Stir together eggs, and next 4 ingredients. Pour over potatoes. Bake @ 350 20 min. Remove and add cheese and bacon
