Ingredients
Cauliflower, sliced like 1/2 inch steaks
Grapeseed and olive oil mixed to coat pan and brush on Cauliflower
2T grainy mild mustard
1T wine or vinegar
1t grapeseed oil
Sea Salt
Preparation
Brush cauliflower with oil and sprinkle lightly with salt Bake at 350 Convection Roast until starting to brown on top side. About 15 minutes?
Flip over. Add mixture of mustard, wine and oil - brush it on. Sprinkle with Cheese and finish in the oven for about 10 minutes
