Ingredients

Spray a cupcake pan with non-stick spray

Fill each cup with your favorite ingredients, ham & broccoli, chicken & carrots, spinach w/feta & tomatoes, steak & bell peppers or whatever you have in your fridge. (if you add all veggies raw they will cook to perfection during the baking process)

Preparation

Mix 1 egg per cup a splash of milk and pour into cups just below the rim

Top with shredded or sliced cheese

Bake at 425 degrees for approx 20 min

Let cool before removing from pan
