Ingredients

1 bunch Kale, stemmed, washed and chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup olive oil

salt and pepper, to taste

1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds

1/3 cup shredded asiago cheese

1 granny smith apple, diced

Preparation

Wisk together the lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix the kale, almonds, asiago cheese and apple together. Drizzle with the dressing and toss.
