Ingredients
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 can Cream of Celery soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
Ground black pepper
Chili powder
1 bag Tostitos
Two 8 ounce blocks sharp cheddar cheese
1 can mild enchilada sauce
Preparation
-Brown ground beef in skillet; drain grease. -Stir in both cans of soup and spices in skillet. -Mix well and let simmer. -In large casserole dish layer tostitos, skillet mixture, and grated cheese alternately. -Crumble tostitos on top. -Top evenly with enchilada sauce. -Bake 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees.
