Ingredients

1 C Medjool daes, pitted

1 C almonds, toasted

1/4 t vanilla extract

1/4 C almond butter

1-3 T water

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, puree all ungredients until mixture sticks together, adding more water if necessary.
  2. Press mixture into a 8" x 8" baking dish and refrigerate.
  3. Cut chilled mixture into 36 squares and store, refrigerated, in an airtight container for up to one week.
