Ingredients
2 oz Dijon Mustard (scant)
2 oz red wine vinegar
3/4 cup evo (olive oil)
1 oz honey
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation
Whisk first two ingredients together than add honey. Slowly dribble in oil whisking to thicken dressing.
