Ingredients

3/4 cup EVOO

1/4 cup cider vinegar or white balsamic

2 T water

2 t sugar

1-1/2 t sea salt or kosher salt

1/4 t freshly ground black pepper

1 heaping T or more grated Romano cheese

3/4 t dried oregano

Preparation

Combine all in a tight fitting jar and shake well. Refrigerate remaining dressing and bring to room temperature or run jar under warm water before dressing another salad.
