Dressing:
Orange zest
Thyme
Sherry vinegar
Walnut oil
Olive oil

Dijon mustard
Honey
Preparation
Slice shallots thin and soak in rice vinegar in fridge overnight to pickle
Mix up dressing to taste
Put everything on salad
