Ingredients

1 (20 1/2 ounces) pkg. lite/reduced calorie brownie mix

1 (8-ounces) fat free cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup sugar

1 egg

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup semi-sweet real chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Prepare brownie mix as directed on package; pour into greased 13x9-inch baking pan.

  3. In medium bowl beat cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add egg and vanilla; mix until smooth.

  4. Pour cream cheese mixture over brownie mixture; cut through batter with knife several times for marble effort. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.

  5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until lightly browned. Cool; cut into squares. Serve.
