Ingredients

1/2 pound fettuccine

6 Tbsp butter, melted on low heat

1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated

1/2 swiss Gruyere grated

1 cup heavy cream

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Cook pasta according to box. Add pasta to melted butter, add cheeses and toss until blended. Bring cream to room temp and stir into pasta. Salt and pepper to taste.
