Ingredients
8 ounces fettuccine
1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
1 cup milk
1/4 cup margarine
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
(possibly double it with 1 lb. pasta)
Preparation
Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray, cook chicken until juices run clear. Drain fettuccine; add to skillet. Add milk and margarine. Stir in cheese, garlic powder, and pepper; heat through.
