Ingredients

3 cloves garlic

1/2 pound squid

1/4 pound cod or similar

4 packets squid ink

fish broth,

chopped onion

spaghetti noodles (300 gr/ 3 persona)

Pimenton

Tomato sauce

Aioli:

1 egg white, oilive oil, chopped garlic, little salt

Preparation

Heat abundant oil in pan and saute the noodles till brownish. Remove and strain, saving the oil.

Heat oil in pan, add garlic whole, add onions.

Open squid ink and add hot fish broth to dilute.

Add the tomato sauce.

Add the squid, then rape, then add tinta de calmer.

Add the videos, add the broth, double to the pasta.

Cook 5 minutes or so, boil off the broth, if needed, then put in hot oven to finish it off.
