Ingredients
1/4c olive oil
1 medium yellow onion, dices
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 cans organice diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2c almonds
1/2c almond milk
1/2c fresh basil
1/2 recipe of Sesame hemp turkey bites
Preparation
Saute onion in olive oil until tender, add garlic stirring until fragrant. Reduce heat to low and add the tomatoes and almonds Cook for 30 min, stirring frequently Remove mixture from heat and transfer to the blender. Add the basil and almond milk, blend until smooth Add pre-baked turkey bites and pulse several time to shred turkey.
