Ingredients

2 onions, chopped

2 stalks celery, chopped

2 T olive oil

1 qt. fish stock

4 pieces pollack or other white firm fish

2 cans sliced white potatoes

1 qt whole milk

1 t. salt

2 T nutritional yeast

Preparation

Saute onion and celery in olive oil. Add stock, add fish, and boil til soft. Break up pieces of fish with spoon. Add canned potatoes, and cook until soft. Add milk, salt, and nutritional yeast, stir, heat, and serve with grilled cheese sandwiches. Yum!
