Ingredients
2 C. Sifted Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Cream of Tartar
4 tsp. Baking Powder
2 tsp. Sugar
1/2 C. Butter
2/3 C. Milk
Preparation
Mix together flour, salt, cream of tartar, baking powder and sugar. Cut in butter and add milk. Knead 8 to 10 times. Roll out to desired thickness. Cut in squares or biscuit rounds. Place on greased pan.
Bake 12 min at 425 degrees.
