Ingredients

2 lbs flank steaks

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium)

3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons Bourbon

2 -3 teaspoons crumbled fresh rosemary (3/4 tsp dried)

3 -4 minced garlic cloves

1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

Preparation

Combine ingredients, add sliced flank steak, and let marinate for 4-5 hours in refrigerator if possible.

Remove from refrigerator for 30 minutes and bring to room temperature before grilling

BBQ at high heat 2-3 minutes per side (for med-rare).

Base with leftover marinade while cooking.

Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing across the grain
