Ingredients
2 lbs. Thin Cut Steak
1 package tortillas (i used burrito sized)
12 oz. spinach (fresh not canned)
2 cups feta cheese
1/3 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic (or garlic powder)
1 tsp. lemon pepper
Preparation
In large skillet, brown steak using half of the olive oil. Place on plate and set to side. Saute’ spinach, garlic and lemon pepper with other half of olive oil. Add steak and spinach (plus any remaining olive oil from pan) to tortilla, top with feta cheese. Wrap and enjoy!
