Ingredients
1/4 lb of beef sirloin steak
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 medium onion, cut into small pieces
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1/4 cup water
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 cups broccoli florets
Preparation
Slice beef across the grain into very thin strips. In skillet, in hot oil, cook beef and garlic until brown. Add onion and cook for 5 minutes, stirring often. Stir in the soup, water, soy sauce. Heat to boiling. Add broccoli and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Serve over noodles or prepared nice
