Ingredients
1 pkg. Fresh Take Classic four cheese, recipe cheese Breadcrumb mix, divided
2 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 c. finely chopped yellow onions
2 green onions, sliced
2 eggs
1 can French fried onions, coarsely crushed, divided
Preparation
- Heat oven 350 degrees.
- Reserve 1/4 c. cheese from Fresh Take pkg. Mix remaining cheese with bread crumbs, meat yellow onions, green onions, eggs and half the fried onions just until blended.
- Shape into 10x6 in. loaf in 13x9 in. pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 1 hour. Top with remaining fried onions and reserved cheese; bake 15 min. or until cheese is melted and meatloaf is done.
