Ingredients

1 pkg. Fresh Take Classic four cheese, recipe cheese Breadcrumb mix, divided

2 lb. lean ground beef

1/4 c. finely chopped yellow onions

2 green onions, sliced

2 eggs

1 can French fried onions, coarsely crushed, divided

Preparation

  1. Heat oven 350 degrees.
  2. Reserve 1/4 c. cheese from Fresh Take pkg. Mix remaining cheese with bread crumbs, meat yellow onions, green onions, eggs and half the fried onions just until blended.
  3. Shape into 10x6 in. loaf in 13x9 in. pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Bake 1 hour. Top with remaining fried onions and reserved cheese; bake 15 min. or until cheese is melted and meatloaf is done.
