Ingredients
2c oatmeal
1c flour
1c pwdr sugar
1 t salt
3/4 c butter
1egg beaten
1t vanilla
Filling
2-3 oz cream cheese room temp mix w a little cream
3 pts strawberries
11/2 c sugar
3T cornstartch
11/2 c whip cream
Makes 2 shells bake 375 for 12 min Cool
Spread cream cheese on bottom of shell add 1/2 berries on top. Puree rest and add sugar and cornstsrtch Cook 10 min add on top of pie Chill then add whip cream
Peach pie too
Flavour cream cheese w almond
Reduce sugar too
