Ingredients

2 cups finely chopped tomato (about 3 medium)

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1 Tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro

1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon minced fresh jalapeno pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. If desired, garnish with cilantro sprigs and a jalapeno pepper.
