Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower; 3 eggs; 3 tblspn parmesan cheese; 3-4 tspn of oil.
Preparation
Cook florets; drain. Crack 3 eggs in a bowl, add parmesan cheese and scramble. Put oil in a frying pan. Put all florets in frying pan and fry until light brown. Pour egg/cheese mixture over florets and fry for 1-2 minutes. Once egg mixture is cooked, the cauliflower is ready to serve.
