Ingredients
6 matzos
4 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup butter
1 onion, sliced
Preparation
Soak matzos in water until softened. The more tender you want the fried matzo the longer you soak them. Squeeze out water
Beat eggs with milk. salt and pepper.
Break up matzos in a big bowl and add egg mixture. Turn to coat evenly.
In a large frying pan saute onion. After onion is done to your liking, spread matzo mixture and fry on both sides.
