Ingredients
1c flour, sifted 1/2c marg, melted
1/4c brown sugar 1/2c chop pecans
2nd set
2 egg whites 2tbls lemon juice
1c sugar 2c strawberries or 1 10oz pkg frozen
3rd set
1c whipping cream
Preparation
In 13.9.2 oblong baking pan, melt marg in pan, stir in rest of ingredients and spread over the bottom. Bake at 350F for 20 mins, stirring after 10mins. Cool and then dip out approx 1/3 and set aside to use for topping
2nd set Combine egg whites, berries, sugar and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl with elec mixer. Beat at high speed to stiff peaks
3rd set Whip whipping cream and fold into above mixture. Spread over crumb mixture base. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Freeze at least 6 hrs, preferably overnight
