Ingredients

1 c quick oats

1 c lowfat vanilla yoghurt

1 c lowfat milk

1/4 c raisins or other dried fruits (e.g. prunes)

1/2 c dried apricots, diced

2 Tbsp wheat germ (optional)

1 Tbsp honey, maple syrup or agave syrup

3 Tbsp nuts

Fresh fruit

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except the fresh fruit in a large (previously used, but cleaned) yoghurt container. Mix well to combine and allow to sit overnight. Serve with fresh fruit and add additional milk if needed for more liquid consistency.
