Ingredients
Handful of rocket leaves
Handful of spinach leaves
Handful of pea shoots
4-5 sliced baby tomatoes
A quarter of a cucumber diced finely
1 finely chopped spring onion
75g of cubed cheddar cheese
1 packet of four cheese popcorn
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp of balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Mix all the vegetables and salad together then season with olive oil, balsamic vinegar salt, pepper then mix in the crisps.
