Ingredients
4+ large garlic cloves, chopped
1 Shallot - minced
1 fennel bulb - sliced
1 head broccolini - cut up
1 red bell pepper - sliced
1 large chicken breast - cooked and shredded
olive oil
soba noodles
salt
pepper
aleppo pepper
Preparation
sautee garlic and shallots in olive oil. add in veggies, salt, pepper and aleppo pepper. toss well and cook for approx. 5 minutes. add in chicken and cook 5 more minutes. in the meantime, cook the soba noodles for 4 minutes. drain. add to the veggie mix, stir to coat. cook approx. 1 minute. serve.
