Ingredients
2 lbs of flour (7 cups)
1 lb 10X sugar (4 cups)
1 lemon, grated
12 egg yolks, save the whites
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 lb margarine
Preparation
Mix flour & sugar Add grated lemon & lemon juice Add eggs & butter Mix together well Roll & cut with cookie cutters (glass rims work great) Brush with egg white Decorate with colored sugar Bake at 325 until brown
