Ingredients

1.5 cups salsa

1 can artichoke hearts

2 4 oz cans mushrooms

1/2 large yellow onion, diced

2/3 c parmesan cheese

2 c monterrey jack

2 c cheddar

12 eggs

2 c sour cream

Preparation

  1. preheat oven to 350F
  2. Coat a 9x13 pan with spray
  3. Mix eggs and sour cream together in a large bowl.
  4. Layer salsa, artichokes, mushrooms, onions and cheese.

  6. Bake at 350F for 50 min
