Ingredients
1.5 cups salsa
1 can artichoke hearts
2 4 oz cans mushrooms
1/2 large yellow onion, diced
2/3 c parmesan cheese
2 c monterrey jack
2 c cheddar
12 eggs
2 c sour cream
Preparation
- preheat oven to 350F
- Coat a 9x13 pan with spray
- Mix eggs and sour cream together in a large bowl.
- Layer salsa, artichokes, mushrooms, onions and cheese.
- Pour egg mixture over
- Bake at 350F for 50 min
