Ingredients
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together. Pour in unbaked pie crust. Bake in hot oven 400°F for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325°F and bake 1 hour or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
