Raw ginger cut up very thinly in slices
2 teaspoons of soy sauce
2 or 3 pinches of salt
1/2 a teaspoon of powdered garlic bread sprinkle
1 cup of water
1 large can of Premium Chunk White Chicken
in water. About 12.5 ounces in a can.
Preparation
Slice the raw ginger into very thin slices. Put the chicken into a sauté pan with the thinly sliced ginger. Add the water, soy sauce, salt, and garlic bread sprinkle to the same pan. Stir ingredients well. Bring ingredients to a boil, and then simmer 10 minutes or until the thin ginger slices are cooked through. The ginger chicken can be placed on top of a bed of cooked white rice. Season with a little salt if desired.
